# Trek Outta Time

> Official English edition of Trek Outta Time, an online science-fiction series created by Nicolas Pieltain, set in the Star Trek universe and blending the contemporary world, parallel realities, space exploration and time travel.

On 15 July 2024, as the world descends into nuclear war, Agnes Rodriguez and the crew of USS Mercator discover that the catastrophe surrounding them traces its origins back seventy years, to the unexplained crash of VSS Schak'Irra, a Vulcan vessel flying the Starfleet banner, originating from the future of a parallel reality.

This discovery gradually opens the door to a much larger story. Agnes and her crew cross paths with T'Met, a Vulcan Starfleet captain, Vexoriana-Lyss'ra Tarsi, an Andorian officer connected to the temporal events, and Lingua, the artificial intelligence of the Schak'Irra. Their journey also brings them into conflict with the Tholians and forces whose interventions reach beyond their own time and reality.

What begins as a struggle to survive the collapse of the world gradually becomes an adventure across space, time and multiple timelines, where the consequences of an event can precede its cause, and where repairing History does not necessarily mean putting everything back where it belongs.

The story is designed to be discovered in episode order, beginning with Book 1, Episode 1 — Scorched Earth.

The series is organised into three books: Book 1 — Existential Threat; Book 2 — The Shadow of the Red Tyrant; Book 3 — Abyssus Abysso Invocat.

The continuity involves several timelines, including the Prime Timeline and the Schak'Irra Timeline. The official Timeline is the reference resource for following their events.

Events, biographies, technologies and organisations specific to Trek Outta Time belong to its fictional continuity.
